Why I built Respond Helper

I ran support for my own small products for years and I was always * replying to the same 6–7 questions over and over… even though the answers were literally copied word-for-word in our FAQ. I don't really want to (nor have the budget) to hire a support so I leverage the current AI tools available in the market to build what i wanted:

An AI support agent that learns from from all my existing content - website, faq, documents, etc so it can answer all general queries on my behalf. And when it encounters a complicated scenario, then it will ping me and hand the conversation over.

I don't expect the agent to solve all my customers' problems. Rather, it's should be an assistant i can trust to offload some of the work instead.

How long does it take to set up?

Do I need to know how to code?
