If the assistant gives a weak answer, rewrite the reply you wanted. Your version becomes the answer it uses for similar questions next time.
How it works
- Open the conversation in Conversations.
- Find the AI message you want to improve.
- Click Edit.
- In Improve future AI replies, rewrite the answer as it should have been written.
- Click Save.
After you save, you will see a confirmation that the AI will use your update to improve future replies, plus a View in FAQ link.
Where your correction goes
Your rewrite is saved to the knowledge base as a common question. The View in FAQ link opens that entry.
It is a normal editable knowledge base item, so you can revise it later like any other source.
One correction can improve a whole class of similar questions, not just that one conversation.
What to write
Write the full answer you wanted the AI to give.
When to edit the source instead
Use reply correction when the answer was bad.
But if the assistant is pulling from outdated information, like an old price, fix the source too. Otherwise the wrong info can keep resurfacing.
Update or remove the outdated source in your knowledge base, then re-test. See Edit, re-sync, turn off or delete a source.
