Open Conversations in the sidebar. The red badge next to it is the number of conversations needing your attention right now.
The list
Every conversation your assistant has had, newest activity first. Each row previews the last message, prefixed with “AI:” or “You:” so you can see at a glance who spoke last.
Rows also carry markers for conversations that need attention and ones you flagged as important.
Scroll and older conversations load automatically. When something new arrives while you are reading, a New messages pill appears at the top rather than the list jumping under you.
The tabs
- All
- Active, still going
- Escalated, the assistant asked for you
- Resolved, closed off
Escalated is the one to check first each morning.
Filters
The filter menu adds Favorites only and a channel filter: All channels, WhatsApp or Website.
Search
Search conversations looks across everything, not just what is loaded. Search a name, a phone number, or something you remember the customer saying. If nothing matches you will see “No matches. Try a name, phone number, or something they said.”
Opening one
Select a row to open the thread. You will see the full conversation with the assistant’s replies, the customer’s messages, and anything either sent.
Messages can be text, voice notes with an audio player and a transcript, or document attachments.
The details panel
Select Details to see Status, Channel (Web widget or WhatsApp), Phone, Started, and Total messages. There is also a Share conversation control here.
Naming a customer
Website visitors arrive anonymous. Select Add a name at the top of a conversation and type one in. It sticks, and makes the conversation findable by search later.
