Open Settings, then Usage. The page shows “what your plan allows and how much of it you’ve used”.
The two meters
AI messages, labelled This month. Replies your assistant sent to real customers since your billing period started. Resets each month.
Knowledge base pages, labelled All time. How much content you have stored. This does not reset, and deleting a source frees the space straight away.
Each meter shows a percentage, or Limit reached if you are there.
Also on your dashboard
The status bar across the top of Dashboard shows both numbers at a glance, for example 1,240 / 2,000 messages. Past 90 percent it turns amber with an Add more link straight to billing.
You do not need to visit the usage page regularly. The dashboard tells you when it matters.
What counts as a message
Only replies sent to real customers on your website widget or WhatsApp.
Not counted: your test chats in Test AI Responses, which have their own separate allowance on the free plan, and messages you type yourself after taking over a conversation.
Running out of messages
Your assistant stops replying. Customers see “This chat is paused, the business needs to upgrade to keep responding”. You get an email titled “Your chatbot has paused, upgrade to keep responding”, and your dashboard shows Your account is paused.
Nothing is deleted, and messages customers send while paused are still waiting for you in Conversations. Upgrading resumes replies immediately. See I have hit my message limit.
Running out of pages
New sources stop importing. Everything already in your knowledge base keeps working and your assistant carries on answering normally. Delete sources you do not need, or move up a plan.
