Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

Change plans in a minute, and find your invoices and card details.

Open Settings, then Billing. The page covers “your plan, what it includes, and where to change your card”.

Changing plan

The status card at the top tells you where you are, for example “You’re on the Free plan”. Below it, every plan is shown as a card, with Current on yours and Recommended on the one that suits your usage.

Select Subscribe, Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want. A confirmation dialog shows what you will be charged, including the proration if you are switching part way through a month.

Confirm and the change takes effect straight away. An upgrade raises your limits immediately.

What proration means

If you upgrade halfway through a month, you are only charged the difference for the days remaining, not a full extra month. Downgrading credits you the same way. The dialog shows the exact figure before you confirm.

Cancelling

Cancellation lives in Stripe’s billing portal. Under Payment, follow the link described as “Card, invoices and cancellation. These live in Stripe’s billing portal.”

Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. You will get an email confirming it.

Invoices and receipts

All in the Stripe portal, under the same Payment link. Download any invoice as a PDF for your accounts.

Updating your card

Also in the Stripe portal. Do this before your card expires rather than after a payment fails. See My payment failed.

Deleting everything

Cancelling stops the billing but keeps your account and data. To remove it all, see Delete your account.
