Open Settings, then Danger zone. The page says “One action lives here, and it can’t be undone.”
Before you delete
Work through these first. Once it is gone, we cannot get it back.
- Export your leads. Go to Leads and select Export. That CSV is the only copy you will have of your customers’ contact details. See Export leads.
- Export any conversations you need. Open each one and select Export chat history.
- Cancel your subscription. Go to Settings, then Billing, and cancel through the Stripe portal. See Upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
- Remove the embed code from your website. Otherwise you leave a dead script tag on your pages.
- Tell your WhatsApp customers. If you connected a number, people will keep messaging it. Set an away message in the WhatsApp Business app.
Deleting
Select Delete account and confirm with your password.
What is removed
- Your account and login
- Every customer conversation and its history
- Knowledge base entries and uploaded documents
- Your WhatsApp connection and chatbot configuration
Your leads and their contact details go with it.
The gentler option
If you just want to stop paying, cancel your subscription. You drop to the free plan, your assistant stops replying to customers and the widget stops appearing, but everything you built stays exactly as it is. Resubscribing later picks up where you left off.
That is the right choice for a seasonal business, or if you are unsure.
Deleting data without deleting the account
If you only want specific things gone, delete them individually: sources in Knowledge Base, leads in Leads, and conversations through the kebab menu on each one.
