Every plan includes every feature. What changes is how much you can use.

What the two numbers mean
AI messages are replies your assistant sends to real customers. Your own test chats in Test AI Responses do not count, and neither do messages you type yourself when you take over a conversation. This resets every month.
Knowledge base pages are how much content your assistant can learn from. One page is about 500 words. This is an all time total, not monthly, and deleting a source frees the space immediately. See What counts as a page.
The free plan
Free is a full workshop with the shop door closed. You can:
- Build your entire knowledge base
- Test the assistant privately, up to 150 preview messages a month
- Customize the widget completely
- Install the embed code on your site
You cannot:
- Show the widget to real visitors
- Have the assistant reply to real customers
The AI Settings card will read “Requires a paid plan, upgrade to turn your AI on”, and the Website page will show “Upgrade to show the widget to visitors”.
Which plan to pick
Start on Starter. 2,000 messages a month covers most small businesses, and a conversation is usually four to eight messages, so that is a few hundred conversations.
Move up when you actually hit the limit rather than in anticipation. Your dashboard warns you past 90 percent, and changing plans takes a minute.
